- Define and validate project objectives with the Director of Newness, Project Development Manager, and Technical and Quality Management.
- Develop project timelines and ensure regular reporting.
- Anticipate and manage project risks.
- Facilitate decision-making within the project group or at the Executive Committee level.
- Ensure deliverables are met at each key development stage, including handover, prototype, and pre-series.
- Communicate project progress effectively.
- Select design methods aligned with volumes, risks, and timelines.
- Plan and oversee development stages.
- Support prototyping and fine-tuning phases.
- Manage codification flows.
- Oversee the launch of trial and prototype orders.
- Lead the industrialization of new products in collaboration with production sites, technical and quality management, and the supply chain.
- Validate technical solutions with production sites and ensure process reproducibility.
- Participate in collegial validation of pre-series with the project group.
- Provide necessary information to the supply chain throughout industrialization.
- Coordinate production sites during industrialization.
- Initiate trial and training orders for production sites.
- Bachelor's degree +5 from an engineering or business school.
- Recognized leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trustful relationships.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Technical, product, and client sensitivity is essential; knowledge of leather goods is advantageous.
