- Define and validate project objectives with relevant stakeholders.
- Determine project timelines and ensure reporting.
- Anticipate and manage project risks.
- Facilitate decision-making within the project group or management committee.
- Ensure deliverables at each key stage of the development process.
- Communicate project progress.
- Select design methods based on volumes, risks, and deadlines.
- Plan and monitor development stages.
- Support prototyping and refinement phases.
- Manage codification flows.
- Oversee the launch of trial and prototype orders.
- Pilot the prototype site and participate in its validation.
- Coordinate exchanges between the project group and the production site.
- Validate technical solutions with the site.
- Ensure reproducibility of chosen processes.
- Participate in the collective validation of pre-series with the project group.
- Provide necessary information to the Supply Chain throughout industrialization.
- Coordinate the production site during industrialization.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering or business school.
- Recognized leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trustful relationships.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Technical sensitivity, product, and customer knowledge required; leather goods knowledge is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to production sites.
No specific experience required, but leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering or business school.
