1. Define and validate project objectives with the Director of Newness, Project Development Manager, and Technical and Quality Management.
2. Develop project timelines and ensure regular reporting.
3. Anticipate and manage project risks.
4. Facilitate decision-making within the project group or at the Executive Committee level.
5. Ensure deliverables are met at each key development stage, including handover, prototype, and pre-series.
6. Communicate project progress effectively.
7. Select design methods aligned with volumes, risks, and timelines.
8. Plan and oversee development stages.
9. Support prototyping and fine-tuning phases.
10. Manage codification flows.
11. Oversee the launch of trial and prototype orders.
12. Lead the industrialization of new products in collaboration with production sites, technical and quality management, and the supply chain.
13. Validate technical solutions with production sites and ensure process reproducibility.
14. Participate in collegial validation of pre-series with the project group.
15. Provide necessary information to the supply chain throughout industrialization.
16. Coordinate production sites during industrialization.
17. Initiate trial and training orders for production sites.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 from an engineering or business school.
2. Recognized leadership and problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for building trustful relationships.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Technical, product, and client sensitivity is essential; knowledge of leather goods is advantageous.
