Project Management and Governance Intern

1. Monitor the mapping of Hermès Parfums & Beauté's IT applications, including identifying and listing applications, interviewing application managers, and identifying flows and dependencies.
2. Participate in the implementation of a project portfolio management tool within the IT department, in coordination with Hermès Group's central IT department.
3. Consolidate the IT department's project roadmap in coordination with project managers from various IT department divisions.
4. Contribute to the creation of the IT department's newsletter in collaboration with other IT department divisions.
5. Assist IT project managers in formalizing requirements through project sheets.
6. Support the Governance and Management Manager in tasks such as presentations, budget management, deliverable writing, and planning.
7. Develop skills in the IT department's cross-functional vision: implement, optimize, and industrialize processes, methods, and collaborative tools to improve cross-functional work methods within the IT department.

1. Student in Engineering, Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Project Management and an interest in Information Systems.
2. A successful first experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Good interpersonal skills and active listening abilities to facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders.
3. Curiosity, autonomy, method, and rigor in work.
4. Proactive and able to propose new ideas.
5. Basic knowledge of IT functional architecture (Beginner level).

A successful first experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.

Student in Engineering, Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Project Management.

The internship is full-time and based in Paris. It may include visits to the factory in Normandy, subject to agreement with the intern and manager.
