HermèsProject Management and Governance Intern

- Monitor the mapping of Hermès Parfums & Beauté's IT applications, including identifying and listing applications, interviewing application managers, and identifying flows and dependencies.
- Participate in the implementation of a project portfolio management tool within the IT department, in coordination with Hermès Group's central IT department.
- Consolidate the IT department's project roadmap in coordination with project managers from various IT department divisions.
- Contribute to the creation of the IT department's newsletter in collaboration with other IT department divisions.
- Assist IT project managers in formalizing requirements through project sheets.
- Support the Governance and Management Manager in tasks such as presentations, budget management, deliverable writing, and planning.
- Develop skills in the IT department's cross-functional vision: implement, optimize, and industrialize processes, methods, and collaborative tools to improve cross-functional work methods within the IT department.
- Student in Engineering, Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Project Management and an interest in Information Systems.
- A successful first experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills and active listening abilities to facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders.
- Curiosity, autonomy, method, and rigor in work.
- Proactive and able to propose new ideas.
- Basic knowledge of IT functional architecture (Beginner level).
A successful first experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.
Student in Engineering, Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Project Management.
The internship is full-time and based in Paris. It may include visits to the factory in Normandy, subject to agreement with the intern and manager.
