Hermès Project Design and Development Intern

- Assist in drafting operation programs and feasibility studies.
- Monitor and support renovation and adaptation projects in occupied Parisian tertiary buildings, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and budgets.
- Coordinate effectively with project-related services such as architecture, maintenance, security, logistics, and maintenance.
- Facilitate communication with internal clients.
- Create architectural project documents using AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Higher education degree.
- Flexibility, reactivity, and rigor with a strong service orientation.
- Proficiency in IT tools, with AutoCAD as a plus.
- Ability to formalize and report effectively.
- Dynamic, serious, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong writing skills for program creation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for design tasks.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with project coordination and design tools is beneficial.
Higher education degree required.
