1. Assist in drafting operational programs and feasibility studies.
2. Monitor and support renovation and adaptation operations for Parisian tertiary buildings, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety, and budget constraints.
3. Facilitate coordination with project-related services such as architecture, maintenance, security, logistics, and maintenance.
4. Support communication with internal clients.
5. Create architectural project documents using AutoCAD or SketchUp.

1. Higher education degree required.
2. Flexibility, responsiveness, and rigor with a strong service orientation.
3. Proficiency in IT tools, with AutoCAD proficiency being advantageous.
4. Ability to formalize and report effectively.
5. Demonstrated dynamism, seriousness, and professionalism.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
2. Excellent writing skills for program creation.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with project coordination and architectural design tools is beneficial.

Higher education degree required.
