Hermès Project Coordinator

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
- Respond promptly and reliably to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather client requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work with technical development teams to plan, organize, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate all project phases, from initial design to delivery.
- Optimize delivery schedules through continuous dialogue with on-site teams and the Supply Chain.
- Communicate priorities and ensure effective information flow among partners and project teams.
- Launch and monitor projects on-site.
- Manage project administration.
- Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
- Maintain smooth communication between internal teams and clients during development.
- Support budget reporting and analyze sales evolution by portfolio/client.
- Prepare internal and client decision-making instances.
- Identify risks for each collection in collaboration with other departments.
- Share relevant information across product development channels to anticipate production issues.
- Propose process improvements.
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
- Experience in project management, B2B, and B2C.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in project management software and IT tools.
