Hermès Project Management Intern

- Assist in project framing and organization, including team coordination, budget tracking, and role assignment.
- Coordinate project stakeholders and manage weekly project follow-ups.
- Support the design process and establish risk analysis plans for materials and products.
- Oversee industrial development for collection products and ensure quality assurance.
- Prepare project/product cost estimates and establish product codification.
- Manage procurement processes, including requirements gathering, order launching, and invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure production authorization and coordinate with workshops, design, and technical teams.
- Oversee logistics, including delivery management and customs coordination.
- Propose tools for supply chain decision-making and implement design vs. budget tracking tools.
- Currently enrolled in a technical or commercial program (Engineering School, Business School, University).
- Entrepreneurial and autonomous nature with a strong team spirit.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Query tools) and information systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to formalize and analyze projects.
- Interest in manual work and craftsmanship, with a hands-on approach.
- Curious, reactive, and flexible with strong operational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and human qualities.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of design and high-end craftsmanship is a plus.
