Hermès Project Assistant Intern

- Assist in the implementation and deployment of various programs and partnerships within the Education, Biodiversity, and Solidarity division.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all activities of the division, including contract management, contact database maintenance, budget tracking, partnership scheduling, and meeting organization.
- Manage the annual call for projects, Manufacto/Manuterra, using dedicated software.
- Progressively handle and pre-select sponsorship application files independently.
- Organize project selection committees with increasing autonomy.
- Support event organization efforts.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new programs in biodiversity and solidarity.
- Assist with internal and external communication tasks related to the division's activities, including information collection and dissemination, visual support archiving, and brief writing.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business school, university, or Sciences Po, specializing in sustainable development or solidarity.
- Solid initial professional experience in a company or non-profit organization related to solidarity and/or sustainable development.
- Volunteer experience with non-profit organizations is appreciated.
- Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with InDesign and basic legal knowledge is advantageous.
Previous experience in a related field, ideally within a non-profit or corporate environment focused on sustainability and solidarity.
Master's degree in progress in a relevant field such as business, sustainable development, or social sciences.
