1. Assist in the implementation and deployment of various programs and partnerships within the Education, Biodiversity, and Solidarity sector.
2. Manage administrative tasks across the pole's activities, including setting up and monitoring agreements, managing contact databases, budget tracking, and organizing meetings.
3. Implement and manage the annual Manufacto/Manuterra project call using dedicated software.
4. Progressively handle and pre-select sponsorship application files.
5. Organize project selection committees with increasing autonomy.
6. Support event organization.
7. Assist in the design and implementation of new programs related to biodiversity and solidarity.
8. Support internal and external communication activities, including information collection and transmission, managing visual archives, and drafting briefs.

1. Student in M2 business school, university, Sciences Po, or equivalent with a focus on sustainable development or solidarity.
2. Solid initial professional experience in a company or non-profit organization related to solidarity and/or sustainable development.
3. Volunteer experience with non-profit organizations is appreciated.

1. Dynamic, organized, and meticulous.
2. Ability to work in a team.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
4. Knowledge of InDesign and basic legal concepts is a plus.

A first solid professional experience in a company or non-profit organization related to solidarity and/or sustainable development.

Student in M2 business school, university, Sciences Po, or equivalent with a focus on sustainable development or solidarity.

Apprenticeship contract for 1 year starting in September 2025.
