Hermès Project Assistant in Performing Arts

- Coordinate with beneficiaries and partners, including artists, theaters, and students, to manage information requests, communication elements, project follow-ups, and evaluations.
- Prepare contracts with partner institutions, companies, and scholarship students.
- Assist in organizing events for employees related to supported projects and performances.
- Support the processing of applications for Transforme (creation support) and Artistes dans la Cité (scholarships) calls for projects.
- Assist in organizing the artistic committees for Transforme and the selection committee for Artistes dans la Cité scholarships.
- Aid in the production of a post-graduation event with former scholarship students.
- Handle sponsorship requests related to performing arts.
- Manage administrative aspects of partnerships and sponsorship actions.
- Update the performing arts department's database.
- Enrollment in a political science institute, business school, or university with a focus on cultural management, performing arts, or art history.
- Strong interest in the artistic and cultural sector, particularly in performing arts.
- Knowledge of corporate sponsorship.
- Basic legal and administrative knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Attributes such as rigor, responsiveness, versatility, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
Previous experience or academic focus in cultural management or performing arts is preferred.
Currently pursuing a master's degree in cultural management, performing arts, or art history.
