Hermès Project Coordination Assistant - Construction

- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing store construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to Hermès standards.
- Support daily activities of the project manager, including preparation of documents, supplier follow-ups, offer comparisons, and database updates.
- Participate in meetings with design and execution teams involved in projects.
- Assist in economic analysis and creation of ratio sheets for economic monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with internal group services (Real Estate, IT, Visual Merchandising, Security, Legal) to maintain group standards.
- Higher education in architecture, interior design, or project management.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Adaptability, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
Experience in project management and construction is advantageous.
