Hermès Project Assistant in Construction

1. Assist the real estate department in planning, organizing, and managing store projects from design to handover.
2. Ensure compliance with the design concept by RDAI architecture agency.
3. Support the supervision of work conducted by external operations architects.
4. Control the budget and opening schedule in line with Hermès standards.
5. Support daily activities of the project manager for store renovation and maintenance.
6. Participate in meetings with design and execution stakeholders.
7. Assist in economic analysis and creation of ratio sheets for economic monitoring.
8. Collaborate closely with internal group services to ensure group standards.

1. Higher education in architecture, interior architecture, or project management.
2. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
3. Experience in project and site management is a plus.

2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

The position is based in Paris, within the Europe and Middle East real estate department, which includes a Director of Real Estate Projects and two Project Managers.
