1. Assist in the production and assembly of high-end watches, including leather straps, dials, cases, and final assembly.
2. Learn and apply traditional watchmaking techniques under the guidance of experienced craftsmen.
3. Maintain quality standards and ensure precision in all aspects of watch production.
4. Collaborate with team members across two production sites in Switzerland and seven international subsidiaries.
