Hermès Production Unit Manager

- Oversee and manage a team responsible for the production of perfumes and cosmetics, ensuring adherence to defined formulas.
- Guarantee safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery within the production unit.
- Participate in development projects and integration of new skills, ensuring team training and development.
- Monitor production schedules and optimize activity planning.
- Analyze performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Manage consumables and alcohol inventory, including residual alcohol.
- Promote performance tools and maintain a positive team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Process (Bac+5) with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Expertise in process engineering and chemical processes, including weighing techniques and volumetric calculations.
- Familiarity with ISO 22716 GMP standards.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling.
- First-level maintenance skills.
- Project and team management capabilities.
A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, perfumery, or wine and spirits industries.
Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Process (Bac+5) or equivalent experience.
