1. Oversee and manage a team responsible for the production of perfumes and cosmetics, ensuring adherence to defined formulas.
2. Guarantee safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery within the production unit.
3. Participate in development projects and integration of new skills, ensuring team training and development.
4. Monitor production schedules and optimize activity planning.
5. Analyze performance indicators and implement continuous improvement plans.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
7. Manage consumables and alcohol inventory, including residual alcohol.
8. Promote performance tools and maintain a positive team environment.

1. Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Process (Bac+5) with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with 10 to 15 years of experience.

1. Expertise in process engineering and chemical processes, including weighing techniques and volumetric calculations.
2. Familiarity with ISO 22716 GMP standards.
3. Proficiency in planning and scheduling.
4. First-level maintenance skills.
5. Project and team management capabilities.

A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, perfumery, or wine and spirits industries.

Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Process (Bac+5) or equivalent experience.
