Hermès Production Planning Specialist

- Develop and formalize the production plan and manage daily schedules, including constructing manufacturing schedules by product and manufacturer, and monitoring production progress.
- Optimize a production planning and delivery tracking tool using existing management systems to prioritize, schedule, and track collection manufacturing by manufacturer and SKU.
- Set purchasing priorities for materials and supplies based on model priorities, ensuring close monitoring of their procurement and distribution to various manufacturers.
- Monitor the progress of industrialization and any changes in priorities or deadlines resulting from production plan adjustments.
- Provide real-time reporting, including updating delivery data, analyzing scheduling risks, and ensuring overall delivery performance, with weekly reporting on deliveries and schedules.
- Contribute to end-of-season analyses, evaluating delivery performance by suppliers and manufacturers.
- Higher education degree – Engineering or Business School degree
- Specialization in Supply Chain is advantageous
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong numerical sensitivity and analytical capability
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, database management)
- Service-oriented mindset and strong team spirit
- Appreciation for the Ready-to-Wear/Textile sector
Relevant experience in production planning or supply chain management is required, preferably within the fashion or textile industry.
Higher education degree in Engineering or Business.
