Hermès Production Planning Assistant Internship

- Update and analyze weekly reports by season, article, and manufacturing site.
- Maintain and assess the site performance dashboard.
- Consolidate and evaluate the production plan by season and article to ensure alignment with customer demand.
- Identify and monitor alerts such as advances or delays, and follow associated action plans.
- Facilitate production meetings with manufacturing sites.
- Enhance tracking tools and performance indicators.
- Participate in weekly routines including production tracking and coordination of supply and planning.
- Measure and analyze budget adherence and delivery rates monthly.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned sites, ensuring achievement of site objectives.
- Manage and escalate site alerts, including component shortages and quality issues.
- Coordinate production site planning in line with the production plan and address system alerts and adjustments.
- Define packaging needs based on production plans and forecasted demand.
- Estimate projected stock levels and replenishment needs to secure production plans.
- Assist in the procurement of metallic materials.
- Coordinate component allocations during shortages with the distribution team.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Desire to engage in a formative experience with significant responsibilities.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and operational flexibility.
- Comfortable interacting with diverse teams and analyzing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in supply chain and production planning is essential.
Pursuing a degree in engineering or business.
