- Oversee short-term production performance across sites, focusing on resource and SKU levels.
- Prioritize table site production based on system alerts, production site feedback, and monthly production adjustments.
- Continuously optimize planning processes and the use of MSP/SWB tools.
- Master planning processes and associated tools, including ERP and APS systems.
- Facilitate monthly and annual performance reviews of production sites.
- Ensure production plans align with macro-planning exercises and commercial expectations.
- Communicate site-specific constraints to the macro-planner.
- Share necessary information with sites regarding new product launches, ramp-ups, and market introduction challenges.
- Manage old production orders and oversee the destruction flow of these orders.
- Ensure the feasibility of the production plan and act as a liaison with supply, purchasing, industrialization, and quality teams.
- Report supply alerts to ensure complete conformity at responsible sites.
- Align industrialization planning with production and activate levers to meet market introduction timelines.
- Coordinate the production and market introduction of new leather goods and small leather goods.
- Update and maintain Excel reporting tools for tracking new product market introductions.
- Organize monthly meetings with planners from various sites.
- Communicate with small leather goods, women's, and men's teams.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, rigor, and initiative.
- Desire to engage in a formative experience with significant responsibilities.
- Curious, reactive, and flexible with strong operational ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with query tools.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in production planning and supply chain is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business.
