1. Oversee short-term table site performance (8 to 12 weeks) at the resource and SKU level.
2. Prioritize table site production based on system alerts, production site feedback, and monthly production meetings.
3. Serve as the liaison with the supply, materials, and technical quality teams, acting as the central spokesperson for the sites.
4. Implement reporting elements, monitor, enhance, and communicate weekly and monthly performance indicators to ensure production plan execution.
5. Continuously seek to optimize planning processes and the use of MSP/SWB modeling and configuration.
6. Master planning processes and associated tools, including ERP and APS data configuration.
7. Improve production management for 'Special Flows and Arts & Crafts' bag models by developing new tools and enhancing existing ones.
8. Analyze current tools available to the supply chain community and identify new needs.
9. Develop or improve tools to better manage production, including data coherence analysis and performance evaluation.
10. Implement tools and support stakeholders in their adoption, facilitating change management.

1. Enrolled in an engineering or business school program.
2. Demonstrates organizational skills, rigor, and initiative.
3. Desires a formative experience with significant responsibilities.

No prior experience required, but a proactive and responsible approach is essential.
