Hermès Production Planning Assistant Intern

- Oversee short-term table site performance (8 to 12 weeks) at the resource and SKU level.
- Prioritize table site production based on system alerts, production site feedback, and monthly production meetings.
- Serve as the liaison with the supply, materials, and technical quality teams, acting as the central spokesperson for the sites.
- Implement reporting elements, monitor, enhance, and communicate weekly and monthly performance indicators to ensure production plan execution.
- Continuously seek to optimize planning processes and the use of MSP/SWB modeling and configuration.
- Master planning processes and associated tools, including ERP and APS data configuration.
- Improve production management for 'Special Flows and Arts & Crafts' bag models by developing new tools and enhancing existing ones.
- Analyze current tools available to the supply chain community and identify new needs.
- Develop or improve tools to better manage production, including data coherence analysis and performance evaluation.
- Implement tools and support stakeholders in their adoption, facilitating change management.
- Enrolled in an engineering or business school program.
- Demonstrates organizational skills, rigor, and initiative.
- Desires a formative experience with significant responsibilities.
- Curiosity, reactivity, and flexibility.
- Operational proficiency.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, query tools).
No prior experience required, but a proactive and responsible approach is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business.
