Hermès Production Planning and Scheduling Manager

- Plan and schedule production to meet customer orders within deadlines and priorities, ensuring performance in the Cutting and Table departments.
- Manage a team including a logistics and administrative manager and an internal shuttle driver.
- Ensure proper distribution of materials to the manufacturing site to meet the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Analyze risks related to the feasibility of the MPS.
- Manage material stocks, including leather and metallic materials, to maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with planning managers at other sites.
- Launch and oversee production work-in-progress from Cutting to Table, adhering to target lead times.
- Monitor daily progress of work-in-progress and deliveries to ensure adherence to the MPS.
- Set objectives for team members balancing individual development with the goals of the Manufacture.
- Support team members in developing their skills in line with the company's values and monitor their career progression.
- Ensure communication within the department and uphold safety processes and a positive social climate.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to the health and safety culture of the Manufacture through managerial actions and initiatives.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to Supply Chain, craftsmanship, technical aspects, and HSE at both the Manufacture and Pole levels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and effective communication.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing action plans.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
Proven experience in similar roles involving supply chain planning and management of a small operational team.
Bachelor's degree or higher
Salary commensurate with experience, including a 13th-month bonus, performance bonuses from the Manufacture, and group participation bonus based on Hermès' results.
