- Oversee the feasibility of the Production Plan for the Pole, ensuring compliance and quality across sites.
- Manage the alignment of workload and capacity in cutting workshops to ensure proper supply to assembly workshops.
- Ensure responsible distribution of materials across Pole sites, optimizing consumption in collaboration with the Pole's material referent.
- Coordinate with the Industrialization Project Manager on supply challenges related to new product launches.
- Act as the planning system referent, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Maintain functional links with the Central Planning Director, requiring frequent travel to Pantin.
- Consolidate site Production Plans, considering local constraints and component availability.
- Monitor focused materials and colors, adjusting site Production Plans accordingly.
- Analyze component overstock and allocate site workload to consume excess inventory.
- Participate in building and monitoring cutting capacity, activating balancing levers as needed.
- Ensure business priorities are reflected in the Production Plan in collaboration with macro-planners.
- Coordinate with industrialization project managers to integrate ramp-ups into the Production Plan.
- Manage production plans to close out older podium productions and prioritize residual production.
- Redefine production plans in case of material or component shortages, in collaboration with sites and central planning.
- Maintain master data planning for the Pole and lead necessary routines to uphold best practices.
- Engage in HMS improvement projects and participate in planner community events.
- Advanced education with proven experience in similar flow and client-demand environments.
- Customer-oriented with strong compromise-finding abilities.
- Operational interest and proficiency in ERP and BI systems.
- Meticulous, organized, autonomous, adaptable, and committed.
- Change management and consensus-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, attention to detail, and synthesis ability.
- Creative with the ability to design necessary process evolutions.
Proven experience in environments with similar flow and client-demand requirements.
Advanced degree in a relevant field.
