- Prepare strategic mid-term analyses for the Production Directorate of Women's Ready-to-Wear.
- Support the Production Directorate in its purchasing role.
- Assist in the formalization of various reports.
- Lead analyses of manufacturers' turnover per season.
- Develop and implement KPIs and data analyses for production managers, proposing new tools or formats as needed.
- Conduct seasonal pricing studies by manufacturer against historical and target prices.
- Analyze manufacturer risks to develop security plans, including financial sustainability and market evolution assessments.
- Create five-year revenue projection files for manufacturers to draft annual manufacturing strategy.
- Update the manufacturer risk mapping annually, incorporating feedback from all service stakeholders.
- Distribute and archive internal control questionnaires to manufacturers.
- Update margin management files.
- Coordinate and formalize minutes from semi-annual meetings and contract amendments with manufacturers.
- Coordinate and formalize capacity reservation exchange reports with manufacturers.
- Develop necessary KPIs for activity reporting and manufacturer management.
- Draft various reports as needed, including manufacturer visits in France and Italy, using PowerPoint with photos.
- Graduate from a business, engineering, or finance school.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numerical data and information systems.
- Ability to anticipate, organize, and maintain rigor.
- Proficiency with IT tools, including Excel Macros, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
Experience in a relevant field, such as business analysis, production, or finance, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance.
