Hermès Production Assistant

- Provide operational support for the industrialization and manufacturing department.
- Participate in the launch of prototypes and trials to source new manufacturers.
- Assist in the construction of the annual production schedule.
- Contribute to various analyses and tracking tool development.
- Support the industrialization and manufacturing managers in tasks such as model photography and classification, measurement taking, and data entry into the ERP system.
- Aid in drafting embroidery processes and production handover documents.
- Update tracking files and consolidate various reports.
- Establish purchase orders and assist in sourcing new partners.
- Support the semi-finished goods department in launches and validations, overseeing the production process to final delivery.
- Organize virtual and physical meetings, coordinating schedules and logistics.
- Assist in stock management for trial garments.
- Update historical pricing files and harmonize digital tools and file storage.
- Construct and update the annual production schedule and meeting timelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
- Strong interest in production-related topics such as ERP systems and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills with comfort in handling numerical data and information systems.
- Ability to anticipate, organize, and maintain rigor.
No specific experience required, but a keen interest in production processes and systems is essential.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +5)
