Hermès Production Assistant Internship

- Provide operational support in the industrialization and manufacturing department.
- Participate in the creation of various analyses and tracking tools.
- Execute technical drawings using Designer software to assist in measurement taking.
- Assist in pre-fitting measurements and participate in fittings.
- Conduct quality control of technical data sheets (TDS), prepare documents, and communicate TDS to the quality team.
- Coordinate with suppliers for testing in China.
- Draft production attestations and manage updates during production.
- Validate dye lots in collaboration with the production manager.
- Enter and verify material compositions in the database, ensuring accuracy with manufacturers.
- Support in tracking yarn purchases for the Autumn/Winter 2025 collection.
- Input and modify data in ERP systems PLM Centric and M3.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Assist in stock management, including sample garments and compliance checks.
- Interest in production-related topics such as ERP systems, technical sheets, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data and information systems.
- Product sensitivity and attention to detail.

No prior experience required, though familiarity with production processes is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
