1. Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement processes within the production environment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational enhancements.
3. Support the engineering team in analyzing production workflows and suggesting optimizations.
4. Participate in the documentation and standardization of improved processes.
5. Contribute to the training and development of staff on new procedures and technologies.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

1. Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
3. Familiarity with production and manufacturing processes.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
