- Enhance and challenge the 'HermèsMétiersTraining' platform for the Spring-Summer 2025 collection in collaboration with collection and commercial teams.
- Develop and update training and sales support tools, including games, modules, market launch dropsheets, and morning briefs.
- Monitor quantitative training metrics using appropriate tools.
- Participate in organizing the Train The Trainers Autumn-Winter 2024 seminars for international market trainers, focusing on logistics, content, and coordination.
- Occasionally co-facilitate remote and in-person training sessions.
- Support the creation of internal communications such as informative emails and videos.
- Coordinate logistics and communication channels for training sessions with various stakeholders.
- Conduct agency monitoring, team-building experience research, and competitive analysis.
- Fluency in English, including proofreading and translation skills.
- Enrollment in a business, communication school, or university (Master's level).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with a creative eye appreciated.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Comfortable with new digital platforms (TikTok, Canva, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong product sensitivity and affinity with the Hermès brand.
- Retail experience is highly valued.
- Initiative-taking and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
