Product Training Assistant Intern

1. Enhance and challenge the 'HermèsMétiersTraining' platform for the 2025 Collection in collaboration with collection and commercial teams.
2. Participate in creating new e-learning modules 'My First Sale' with commercial teams, group training, and digital learning agency.
3. Develop and update training and sales support tools (games, modules, market launch dropsheets, morning briefs).
4. Ensure qualitative and quantitative follow-up of training sessions using appropriate tools.
5. Assist in organizing 'Train The Trainers' seminars for international market trainers (logistics, content, coordination).
6. Occasionally co-host remote training sessions.
7. Support the creation of internal communications (informative emails, videos, etc.).

1. Student in business school, communication, or university (Bac +4/+5).
2. Fluent in English (proofreading and translation).
3. Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint (creative eye appreciated).
4. Proficient in Excel.
5. Comfortable with new digital platforms (TikTok, Canvas, Instagram, etc.).
6. Strong product sensitivity and affinity with the Hermès universe.
7. Retail experience highly appreciated.
8. Initiative-taking and critical thinking.
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
11. Creativity, curiosity, rigor, and organization.

Retail experience is highly appreciated.

Student in business school, communication, or university (Bac +4/+5).

Internship for 6 months, full-time, starting from September 2025, based in Pantin (accessible via Metro Line 5 and RER).
