- Lead projects focused on customer relationship management evolution.
- Organize and coordinate group stakeholders for project execution.
- Participate in IT project scoping within the Retail Activities Directorate, supporting the Business Process Manager.
- Facilitate alignment between expressed needs, developers, and other HSI departments to propose a project plan that meets business challenges.
- Create and maintain the product backlog in the Project Management Tool.
- Challenge and prioritize requested evolutions based on value.
- Understand and master the solutions in question, including validation of mock-ups and specifications, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Organize delivery in sprints in collaboration with factories and monitor progress.
- Ensure adherence to deployment schedules defined with various project stakeholders.
- Coordinate the transition to support for projects and evolutions within the scope.
- Monitor project budgets and resources, in collaboration with factories when necessary.
- Update the Project Portfolio Management tool regarding resources, deliverables, deadlines, and associated indicators.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of professional experience, particularly in IT project management related to customer data in large enterprises.
- Proficiency in both traditional and agile methodologies.
- Strong general knowledge of the retail sector, CRM, and customer data modeling.
- Analytical and adaptable to diverse environments.
- Proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT project management, particularly related to customer data in large enterprises.
Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5).
