Hermès Product Manager - Retail Animation Development

- Develop and manage the product offerings and experiences for key commercial events and store animations supporting Perfume and Beauty launches.
- Lead the creative and operational development of initiatives to support the perfume catalog during key periods, in collaboration with 360 and industrial teams.
- Coordinate the execution of projects within budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Support development teams in creating unique and cross-functional customer experiences, including retailtainment and personalization.
- Assist markets in implementing local initiatives in stores.
- Analyze existing commercial offerings, study competition, and track global trends.
- Strategically plan medium-term initiatives, identifying key periods and adapting projects to distribution networks.
- Create offers and experiences aligned with strategic objectives, including agency briefs and concept development.
- Coordinate 360 activations, including communication and Visual Merchandising briefs.
- Manage budgets and control timelines.
- Supervise an intern.
- Bachelor's degree in business, art, design, or equivalent, with a specialization in marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within creative industries, particularly in perfume or beauty.
- Understanding of the retail environment and experience in designing unique customer journeys and activation strategies for key commercial moments.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen interest in numbers.
- Proven ability to manage projects autonomously and comprehensively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and strong product and image sensitivity.
- Ability to propose innovative ideas.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for teamwork.
- Fluency in English is desirable.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the perfume or beauty industry, focusing on creative and retail environments.
Bachelor's degree in business, art, design, or equivalent with a marketing specialization.
