Hermès Product Manager, Beauty Collections

- Contribute to the construction and development of makeup collections, focusing on eye products from creation to 360-degree deployment.
- Define strategic directions with the manager and propose unique five-year plans to achieve qualitative and revenue objectives.
- Act as a project leader, coordinating with the creative director and ensuring seamless interface and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Implement product offerings in alignment with timelines and financial profitability, communicating strategic initiatives to internal departments and external partners.
- Propose action plans for the product portfolio, aligning with the brand's creative spirit and strategic orientations.
- Oversee the development of product lines, ensuring adherence to aesthetic and financial goals, and coordinate with project teams on packaging, purchasing, and regulatory matters.
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess product line performance and maintain market awareness.
- Ensure successful market introduction of new products by collaborating with 360-degree teams on operational development, merchandising, and training.
- Participate in organizing international and regional meetings and podiums for project presentations.
- Actively manage budget lines and ensure product data quality in systems.
- Contribute to team dynamics, including mentoring an intern.
- Degree from a business school, art school, or design school with a specialization in marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within creative, high-image environments, specifically in cosmetics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to mobilize diverse teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a rigorous and organized approach.
- Creativity and a strong product and image sensitivity.
- Proactive and curious, with a passion for creation and interest in various fields such as art, literature, and photography.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the cosmetics industry, demonstrating creativity and a strong product and image sensitivity.
Degree in business, art, or design with a marketing specialization.
