HermèsProduct Manager - Beauty Collections Development

- Contribute to the construction and development of makeup collections, specifically eye collections, from creation to 360-degree deployment.
- Define strategic orientations and propose creative and unique 5-year plans to achieve qualitative and revenue objectives.
- Act as a project manager, coordinating between all stakeholders to successfully develop product offerings.
- Implement product offerings in line with schedules and financial profitability, communicating strategic directions to internal departments and external partners.
- Propose action plans for the product portfolio, aligning with the brand's creative spirit and strategic orientations.
- Pilot the development of product lines, ensuring adherence to schedules, aesthetic, and financial goals.
- Prepare briefs and oversee development processes in collaboration with project teams.
- Coordinate and mobilize 360-degree teams (communication, store design, visual merchandising, animations, training) and industrial teams.
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure line performance.
- Ensure successful market introduction of new products by collaborating with 360-degree teams.
- Participate in organizing international and regional meetings and presentations.
- Actively manage the budget for product lines and ensure data quality in systems.
- Contribute to team life, including mentoring an intern.
- Degree from a business school, art school, or design school with a specialization in marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within creative and high-image environments, specifically in cosmetics.
- Passion for creation and interest in various fields such as art, literature, and photography.
- Recognized creativity and strong product and image sensitivity.
- Proactive and curious with excellent project management skills.
- Ability to mobilize diverse teams and work collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and organization.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within creative and high-image environments, specifically in cosmetics.
Degree from a business school, art school, or design school with a specialization in marketing.
