Hermès Product Industrialization Project Manager

- Lead and manage product industrialization projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with design and production standards.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative industrialization processes.
- Ensure the optimization of production methods to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and artisans to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Proven experience in project management within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of industrialization processes and production methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
