- Assist product developers in the operational aspects of collection development.
- Monitor project development stages, updating tracking elements and managing collections.
- Formalize the prototype specifications and handover sheets for production teams and suppliers.
- Define quality expectations and draft detailed reviews for production teams and suppliers.
- Track and update pricing for manufacturing and components.
- Weigh and measure finished products.
- Collect and verify regulatory data.
- Place orders for prototypes and components.
- Manage supplier relations, including quotes, orders, prototype reception, cost updates, and delivery documentation.
- Open supplier accounts via the supplier portal.
- Support creatives in material selection, stock management, and archiving of ranges.
- Participate in data management for collections in the Bolduc information system, including updating existing data and coding new products and models.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field (e.g., IFM).
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail and organization.
- Service-oriented with a team spirit.
- Proactive with a sense of initiative.
- Optimism and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in product development and luxury fashion is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
