Hermès Product Development Assistant Intern

- Facilitate the organization and conduct of meetings.
- Manage prototypes, including dispatch to the creative studio, coordination for photoshoots, and loans to partners.
- Monitor product development in collaboration with the creative studio, technical development, and commercial teams.
- Update and maintain collection tools, such as collection plans and coding tables.
- Assist in the preparation for the Spring/Summer 2024 podium, including sales tools, digital asset management, and logistical support.
- Oversee the creation and tracking of new packaging and instruction manuals.
- Compile and analyze annual and ad-hoc sales reports.
- Conduct competitive and trend analysis through store visits and online research.
- Final-year student or on a gap year, enrolled in a university or business school, with prior marketing experience preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dynamic and flexible attitude.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Interest in high-end craftsmanship and the luxury home market, including furniture, textiles, and decorative objects.
Previous marketing experience is advantageous, providing organizational and analytical skills.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
Interns will gain valuable experience in a prestigious luxury brand, with exposure to high-end product development and market analysis.
