Hermès Footwear Development Assistant Intern

- Support the Product Development team in interactions with manufacturers during development and industrialization phases.
- Collaborate with Collection, Style, Material Development, Quality, Purchasing, Production teams, and external manufacturers.
- Receive finished products, ensure their follow-up, and participate in conformity checks with the Development team.
- Assist in organizing prototype validation meetings.
- Aid in sourcing and developing various components and techniques.
- Support the tracking of metal accessories sent to manufacturers for prototypes and samples.
- Create and update development tracking tools, including prototype tracking, model sheets, industrialization tracking, pricing tables, and KPIs.
- Assist in managing development stock and dispatching pairs to external manufacturers/suppliers following development and industrialization meetings.
- Support various requests from other departments within the Footwear Division (Style, Commercial, Product Development, Quality, Collection).
- Student in business school, engineering, fashion, or university (or equivalent path) with an internship agreement covering the entire period (6 months).
- Meticulousness, organizational skills, and reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Product sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
No prior experience required, but a background in fashion or product development is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
