Hermès Product Development Assistant Intern

- Assist in the operational management of product development from prototype to final approval.
- Support the preparation of monthly reviews with the artistic direction.
- Update collection documents such as synopses, mappings, and databases.
- Define packaging and product instructions.
- Aid in the codification of the collection in PLM.
- Contribute to the creation of the Models-Materials-Colors offer.
- Participate in drafting the product argument (Bible).
- Assist in organizing the showroom, including product availability and mini-site preparation for buyers.
- Manage orders and reception of prototypes for various meetings and the showroom.
- Engage actively in showroom-related tasks such as shooting, filming, and scenography.
- Conduct competitive analyses, fashion show reviews, and market trend assessments.
- Analyze showroom sales data.
- Manage finished product stock, handling daily product entries and exits.
- Participate in cross-functional missions with product managers.
- Student in the second part of a gap year or final year of business, engineering, or IFM school with initial internship experience.
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and agility to manage multiple projects and prioritize actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Open-mindedness and a keen interest in new trends and innovation.

Previous internship experience is required.
