Hermès Product Development Assistant - Hats and Gloves

- Assist Product Managers before, during, and after sales showrooms.
- Monitor prototype receptions and verify compliance with orders.
- Update collection tracking tools including timelines, collection plans, material ranges, and pricing structures.
- Develop and oversee packaging and instructions.
- Prepare sales support tools in collaboration with Product Managers, such as product sheets, sales briefs, catalogs, and range plans.
- Participate in organizing photo shoots including packshots, worn shots, and still lifes.
- Prepare the presentation of new collections, including packaging, labeling, and product setup on podiums.
- Contribute to the installation of showroom stands and create merchandising tracking tools.
- Support stock management by ensuring product labeling compliance, managing loan requests, participating in inventories, and preparing for destocking.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis across runway, online, and retail channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac + 5)
- Previous experience in Retail or Collection departments is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dynamic and autonomous work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capability
Relevant experience in retail or collection departments is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac + 5)
