- Update collection tracking tools including collection plans, price mappings, and photographs.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of collections post-collection meetings, including color selections and range development.
- Support product managers in product referencing, database creation, and article coding in RCS.
- Aid in the collection briefing process.
- Update and optimize sales tracking tables, including modelarios and métier bibles.
- Assist product managers in collection invoicing follow-up.
- Capture and edit prototype images before each collection meeting.
- Ensure the sample tracking document is current.
- Address non-conformity issues with development and communication teams.
- Contribute to the creation of sales support tools such as vendor briefs and modelarios.
- Assist in showroom setup, including packaging, labeling, and product placement, and maintain merchandising documentation.
- Conduct sell-in/sell-out sales analysis and performance tracking.
- Update industry tracking tables.
- Perform competitive and market trend analyses, focusing on offerings, innovations, promotions, and pricing.
- Support stock management, including loan requests, inventory participation, and preparation for destocking.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (minimum BAC+4) in fashion or marketing.
- Dynamic, organized, meticulous, flexible, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in fashion accessories.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in fashion and marketing is essential.
Bachelor's degree in progress, minimum BAC+4 in fashion or marketing.
