- Design and conceptualize comprehensive user journeys on hermes.com and its ecosystem in collaboration with multiple agile teams.
- Produce responsive wireframes and mockups necessary for development.
- Facilitate and participate in collaborative design workshops with stakeholders including Product Owners, Product Managers, Creative Directors, and Developers.
- Conduct user journey analyses and propose continuous improvements to existing pathways.
- Maintain and evolve the Design System, ensuring adherence to accessibility standards.
- Proactively promote best practices in user experience.
- Stay updated on current graphic trends through research and benchmarking.
- Participate in the testing of new features.
- Contribute to the development of back-office interfaces based on priorities.
- Assist in the preparation of internal events with various media formats such as videos and new templates.
- Bachelor's degree in digital design, UX/UI, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with significant experience in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Figma and Zeplin.
- Familiarity with Agile practices such as User Stories, Product Backlog, and Sprint Planning.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Content Square is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years in e-commerce design, with at least one significant experience in the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in digital design, UX/UI, or related field.
