- Participate in the design of innovative training modules (both in-person and digital).
- Contribute to the creation of content for seasonal training, including centralizing information, co-writing materials, proposing educational activities, and assisting in the production of training films.
- Update generic training tools.
- Create the monthly digital newsletter.
- Support the creation of ad-hoc training materials by providing suggestions.
- Assist in the deployment of seasonal and generic training.
- Coordinate and collaborate with group training teams (scheduling, tool availability).
- Ensure logistical follow-up related to training organization.
- Participate in the creation of visual tools for the showroom (Preview).
- Prepare and coordinate photo shoots and video recordings.
- Assist in shoots and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Anticipate and coordinate the setup of shooting locations.
- Create diverse content for the showroom and its tools.
- Support the team in creating visual merchandising tools and guidelines.
- Implement and monitor cross-functional visual merchandising projects.
- Student at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level (Business School/Fashion School or equivalent).
- Creative, dynamic, and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of product and fashion, with an affinity for craftsmanship.
- Organizational skills, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong visual sensitivity and graphic skills.
- Bilingual in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of applications like Klaxoon, Kahoot is a plus.
No specific experience required, but a background in fashion or related fields is beneficial.
Student at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level (Business School/Fashion School or equivalent).
Internship position with exposure to high-quality fashion and luxury industry practices.
