Hermès Product Development and Visual Merchandising Intern

- Assist in the design of innovative training modules, both in-person and digital.
- Contribute to the creation of seasonal training content, including information centralization, co-writing materials, proposing educational activities, and supporting the production of training films.
- Update generic training tools and produce the monthly digital newsletter.
- Support the creation of ad-hoc training materials with a proactive approach.
- Coordinate and collaborate with group training teams for the deployment of seasonal and generic training sessions.
- Manage logistical aspects related to training organization.
- Participate in the creation of visual tools for showrooms, including preparation and coordination of photo shoots and video productions.
- Ensure adherence to schedules during shoots and coordinate the setup of shooting locations.
- Assist in the development of visual merchandising tools and guidelines.
- Implement and monitor cross-functional visual merchandising projects.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business School, Fashion School, or equivalent).
- Creative, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong product and fashion sense, with an affinity for craftsmanship.
- Organized, meticulous, with analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong visual sensitivity and graphic skills.
- Bilingual in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with applications like Klaxoon and Kahoot is a plus.
- Creativity and innovation in training content development.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and visual content creation.
- Bilingual proficiency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in fashion and luxury retail is essential.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
