- Assist the Product Manager in the development of collections.
- Update collection tracking tools, including collection plans and pricing pyramids.
- Support product referencing by creating a database of collection references, packaging, and product notices.
- Ensure the organization of DA meetings, including preparation of POS materials, documents, and prototypes.
- Provide operational support for sales and competition analysis.
- Update post-podium collection history tracking, including photos and collection plans.
- Manage prototype shipments for various shoots and meetings.
- Conduct regular analyses on competition, trends, and quantitative data.
- Initiate, track, and receive prototype orders within deadlines for podiums and shoots.
- Manage products throughout the podium period, including setup and dismantling post-podium.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to create sales support tools, such as product sheets, vendor briefs, catalogs, and material ranges.
- Create the Shooting Brief and oversee photo retouching.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the stand.
- Student in a business school or equivalent program, or IFM.
- Dynamic, organized, reliable, and meticulous.
- Desire to gain autonomy through a multi-tasking role.
- Practical mindset with attention to detail and strong sensitivity.
- Open-minded and enjoys teamwork, with adaptability to different interlocutors.
- Ideally, previous experience as an Assistant Product Manager.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite & InDesign).
