Product Assistant Intern

1. Assist the Product Manager in the development of the collection.
2. Update collection tracking tools such as collection plans and price pyramids.
3. Assist in product referencing by developing the collection's reference database, packaging, and product notices.
4. Ensure proper organization of DA meetings, including preparation of PLV, documents, and prototypes.
5. Provide operational support for sales and competition analysis.
6. Update post-podium collection history tracking with photos and collection plans.
7. Manage prototype shipments for various shoots and meetings.
8. Conduct regular analyses on competition, trends, and numerical data.
9. Launch, track, and receive prototype orders within deadlines for podiums and shoots.
10. Manage products during the podium period, including setup and post-podium disassembly.
11. Participate in creating sales support tools in collaboration with the Product Manager.
12. Create the Shooting Brief and oversee photo retouching.
13. Ensure the proper maintenance of the stand.

1. Student in a business school or equivalent program, or IFM.
2. Dynamic, organized, reliable, and rigorous.
3. Desire to gain autonomy through a multi-tasking role.
4. Practical mindset, attention to detail, and strong sensitivity.
5. Open-minded and enjoys teamwork, with adaptability to different interlocutors.
6. Ideally, previous experience as a Product Assistant.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign.
