- Update collection tracking tools including collection plans, price mappings, and photographs.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of collections post-collection meetings, including color schemes and ranges.
- Support product managers in product referencing by developing a database of collection references and participating in article coding within RCS.
- Manage updates of articles on M3, liaise with customs services, and ensure sketches/photos are loaded into the DAM tool.
- Optimize and update sales tracking tables, including modelarios and business bibles.
- Support product managers in collection billing follow-up.
- Capture and edit prototype images before each collection meeting.
- Assist in archiving collections.
- Aid in formalizing sample orders and ensure the sample tracking document is up-to-date.
- Participate in creating sales support tools such as sales briefs and modelarios.
- Assist in setting up the Preview and Podium stand, including packaging, labeling, and product placement in the showroom.
- Conduct sell-in/sell-out sales analyses and performance tracking.
- Update business tracking tables.
- Conduct competitive and market trend analyses.
- Support the stock manager with loan requests, inventory participation, and destocking preparation.
- Currently pursuing a minimum of a BAC+2 degree in fashion or marketing.
- Seeking a 6-month internship.
- Dynamic, organized, meticulous, flexible, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in fashion accessories.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in fashion accessories is essential.
Currently pursuing a minimum of a BAC+2 degree in fashion or marketing.
