Hermès Procurement Coordinator

- Update monthly reports in collaboration with the Raw Materials Department, Management Committee, and internal suppliers.
- Collaborate with Information System and BI reporting personnel to ensure data reliability and develop new data extraction reports.
- Develop dashboards to automate analyses using PowerBI.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to monitor supplier performance and negotiate purchase commitments.
- Monitor supply plans for each species of crocodilians in collaboration with buyers and supply chain teams.
- Track purchase lots through to the tannery.
- Implement reporting to assist in managing spot purchases.
- Oversee the back-office operations of exotic purchases, including updating pricing grids and valuing purchase lots.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations on purchasing channels.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5) with initial experience in a corporate setting (Data/Supply Chain).
- Autonomous and proactive with strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Excellent analytical and rigorous approach.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including in intercultural contexts.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel and office software skills; strong aptitude for numerical data analysis and presentation.
- Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment, willing to travel for business within France.
Initial experience in a corporate setting, particularly in Data or Supply Chain roles, demonstrating organizational skills and initiative.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 to Bac +5).
