Hermès Procurement Coordination Intern

- Develop communication tools for buyers, including intranet sites, newsletters, and practical guides.
- Design and monitor supplier and supply chain KPI audits.
- Facilitate the buyer community through events and presentations.
- Ensure supply chain security through certifications and updated analyses.
- Engage in CSR initiatives, focusing on Scope 3 decarbonization and supplier awareness on Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS).
- Promote synergy across purchasing departments by sharing best practices.
- Student in business school, engineering, university, or equivalent program.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
- Attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to create engaging presentations and demonstrate creativity (PowerPoint, information-sharing platforms, etc.).
- Autonomy, project management skills, and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse profiles and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Knowledge in CSR and EHS, or prior experience in these areas, is advantageous.
- Interest in implementing IT solutions.
No prior experience required, though knowledge in CSR and EHS is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or university program or equivalent.
