Hermès Procurement Assistant

- Assist in the operational supervision of procurement activities using the MyEasyOrder (COUPA) software.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups with buyers regarding pending invoice validations and purchase order approvals.
- Support buyers in renewing licenses and service provider contracts.
- Monitor and address billing errors in collaboration with accounting and suppliers.
- Maintain and update procurement process documentation for buyers.
- Guide buyers on current procedures and ensure compliance documentation is centralized and monitored.
- Collect and verify necessary documents for supplier account setup and collaborate with the Group Supplier Cell.
- Participate in annual evaluations of key suppliers.
- Analyze sourced suppliers for the Responsible Procurement Directory and assist in related project organization.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC +4/5) with a specialization in Procurement.
- Preferably with initial successful experience in procurement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to task management and prioritization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good written command of English.
Preferably with initial successful experience in procurement.
Bachelor's degree (BAC +4/5) with a specialization in Procurement.
