Hermès Process Engineer

- Lead performance enhancement initiatives and integrate new equipment and innovations.
- Facilitate projects centered on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and team autonomy.
- Support and improve existing processes and systems, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and timeline standards.
- Conduct field investigations in collaboration with Production and Quality teams.
- Draft qualification and validation protocols and reports.
- Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and other equipment qualification processes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects and propose actionable plans.
- Oversee performance animation by deploying improvement methodologies and tools.
- Conduct training sessions and support change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a specialization in continuous improvement or production management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes and qualification standards (FAT, SAT, QI, QO, QP).
- Proficiency in continuous improvement, performance management, and TPM tools.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Proficiency in office software and analytical tools like PowerBI.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fragrance, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical sectors is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
