1. Assist in the briefing process with the Artistic Director and relevant departments.
2. Oversee the production process, including selecting and briefing suppliers, managing tenders, and creating mock-ups.
3. Aid in organizing production resources and schedules.
4. Support the coordination of various production phases, ensuring quality control and adherence to budgets and timelines.
5. Contribute to maintaining the expected quality standards of Hermès' production and delivery.
6. Participate in administrative tasks such as invoicing, courier services, and shipments.
7. Engage in post-project debriefs.

1. Currently enrolled in a prestigious school or university with a focus on communication, fashion, or business.
2. Previous experience in communication or project management, demonstrating autonomy, attention to detail, and service orientation.

1. Operational aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
2. Sensitivity to imagery and color.

Previous professional experience in communication or project management is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in communication, fashion, or business from a reputable institution.
