1. Assist the institutional press team in France with journalist and influencer relations.
2. Contribute to the execution of institutional press events, including organization, logistical support, and invitation management.
3. Prepare and disseminate communication tools.
4. Support in handling journalist inquiries and direct them to key contacts.
5. Oversee photo reportages.
6. Update and expand the journalist and influencer database.
7. Manage press contact lists and guest lists.
8. Coordinate with various stakeholders within the press service, communication department, and other Hermès entities.
9. Provide occasional support for press events in other departments (fashion/accessories).
10. Monitor and report on media publications and post-event coverage.
