Hermès PR and Media Activation Intern

- Manage press room activities, including ordering and delivery of press tools, assisting in forecast planning, and dispatching and translating press releases.
- Monitor registration for press tools across specific markets.
- Coordinate influencer management by arranging seeding content and identifying talents to curate beauty objects using a data-driven approach.
- Consolidate seeding reports from markets to share with headquarters, providing analysis and insights.
- Coordinate interview requests, including press profiles and questions, for interviews with the House’s Creative Directors.
- Collaborate with regional subsidiaries to ensure smooth delivery of media briefs and presentations.
- Monitor local media landscapes and trends in traditional, social, and digital advertising.
- Arrange media trips for international and regional events and coordinate press interviews and guest itineraries.
- Consolidate event reports with earned media value and recommendations.
- Prepare product and press order lists for events.
- Schedule and arrange regional team meetings, and compile research and reports for new initiatives and campaigns.
- Preferred degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin or French is advantageous.
- Passion for fragrances, cosmetics, and the Hermès universe.
- Proactive team player who is dynamic, enthusiastic, focused, and organized.
- Willingness to learn, motivated, open-minded, and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work at least 3 full days per week or commit to a 6-month internship contract.
