- Assist in updating management tools and optimizing planning processes.
- Contribute to the construction and formalization of production plans and daily schedule management, including the creation of manufacturing schedules by product and manufacturer, daily tracking of production progress, and identification of delay risks and bottlenecks.
- Ensure real-time reporting by updating delivery data and providing weekly reports analyzing deliveries and schedules.
- Work on optimizing a production planning and delivery tracking tool, building a planning tool from existing management systems to prioritize, pace, and monitor the manufacturing of collections by manufacturer and SKU, down to component detail.
- Set priorities for material and supply purchases based on model priorities, closely monitoring their procurement and dispatch to various manufacturers, and tracking the progress of industrialization and any changes in priorities or deadlines induced by production plan changes.
- Contribute to end-of-season analyses, evaluating delivery performance by manufacturer.
- Enrollment in higher education – Engineering or Business School program.
- Specialization in Supply Chain is advantageous.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, database management).
- Service-oriented mindset, strong team spirit.
- Interest in the Ready-to-Wear/Textile sector.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in supply chain or related fields is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business School.
