Hermès Planning and Scheduling Manager

- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet demand.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in production or demand.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in production planning and scheduling within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and production processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
