Hermès Planning and Scheduling Manager

1. Develop the 'Master Visit Plan' in coordination with central planning, integrating all existing constraints.
2. Schedule each workshop considering capacities and constraints, and client priorities.
3. Ensure the availability of necessary components for visit schedules.
4. Regularly inform teams of priorities and necessary adjustments.
5. Model scenarios for decision-making.
6. Monitor stock levels and adjust product and component needs.
7. Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate planning and scheduling effectiveness.
8. Ensure regular reporting on activity progress and challenges.
9. Collaborate and maintain smooth communication between various departments.
10. Contribute to budget exercises and system developments related to planning and scheduling.
11. Participate in project management, such as continuous improvement and transformation.
12. Lead the team in alignment with the group's managerial spirit and values.

1. General engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in production management or scheduling.
2. Bac +5 level education in production management, scheduling, logistics, or organization.

Requires 4-5 years of experience in production and/or the industrial sector, with at least 5 years of experience in transversal and direct management.

General engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in production management or scheduling. Bac +5 level education in production management, scheduling, logistics, or organization.
