Hermès Planning and Scheduling Manager

- Develop the 'Master Visit Plan' in coordination with central planning, integrating all existing constraints.
- Schedule each workshop considering capacities and constraints, and client priorities.
- Ensure the availability of necessary components for visit schedules.
- Regularly inform teams of priorities and necessary adjustments.
- Model scenarios for decision-making.
- Monitor stock levels and adjust product and component needs.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate planning and scheduling effectiveness.
- Ensure regular reporting on activity progress and challenges.
- Collaborate and maintain smooth communication between various departments.
- Contribute to budget exercises and system developments related to planning and scheduling.
- Participate in project management, such as continuous improvement and transformation.
- Lead the team in alignment with the group's managerial spirit and values.
- General engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in production management or scheduling.
- Bac +5 level education in production management, scheduling, logistics, or organization.
- Knowledge of scheduling and flow management techniques.
- Proficiency in information systems (ERP) and industrial management rules.
- Advanced Excel and planning software skills.
- Project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work transversally and in teams.

Requires 4-5 years of experience in production and/or the industrial sector, with at least 5 years of experience in transversal and direct management.
General engineering degree or equivalent with specialization in production management or scheduling. Bac +5 level education in production management, scheduling, logistics, or organization.
