1. Lead the development and implementation of people analytics strategies to support business objectives.

4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and trends.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in people analytics or a similar role within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in people analytics or a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
