- Lead and manage a team of 16 payroll administrators, ensuring the accurate processing of approximately 7,000 payrolls.
- Maintain the cadence and reliability of payroll processing.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on service quality and excellence.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with HR stakeholders, providing technical advice and support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on factual activity indicators.
- Support and guide the implementation of structural projects.
- Contribute to the development and adherence to payroll processes and documentation.
- Identify and implement optimization strategies in collaboration with expert teams.
- Oversee the deployment of HRIS modules.
- Manage and monitor IJ service actions and monthly indicators with payroll and HR teams.
- Collaborate with the personnel administration manager on quarterly loss management.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in payroll management.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Experience in project-based environments.
- Strong organizational and formalization skills.

- Adaptability to diverse contexts and problem-solving abilities.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Expertise in ADP ACE module and IJ Services.
- Proficiency in office software tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to formalize processes and procedures effectively.
A minimum of 15 years in payroll management, with experience leading teams and managing projects.
Higher education degree required.
