- Assist the Payroll Manager in managing time and activities, including attendance and leave tracking.
- Input variable elements and verify payroll slips.
- Manage health-related absences and track social security reimbursements.
- Ensure proper receipt of required documents for new employee files and establish employment declarations.
- Aid in preparing final account settlements and drafting exit documents.
- Draft and update procedures or best practices for employee and manager dissemination.
- Develop and improve HR communication materials, including presentations for new hires and payroll explanations.
- Support employees and managers in adhering to best practices and utilizing payroll and HR tools.
- Contribute to the Payroll and HR Managers based on needs, challenges, and current topics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Payroll or Human Resources (Bac +3/Bac +4 equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with communication tools is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, methodical approach, and organizational ability.
- Versatility and adaptability.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to formalize and synthesize information.
- Service-oriented mindset.
No specific experience required, suitable for candidates with relevant educational background.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Payroll or Human Resources.
