1. Propose and sell items from the department.
2. Collaborate with the store team to increase sales.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide memorable experiences.
4. Represent and communicate Hermès values to clients and new employees.
5. Recruit and retain a national and international clientele.
6. Maintain and update the client database.
7. Participate in inventory, merchandising changes, and stock organization.
