- Propose and sell items from the department.
- Collaborate with the store team to increase sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide memorable experiences.
- Represent and communicate Hermès values to clients and new employees.
- Recruit and retain a national and international clientele.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Participate in inventory, merchandising changes, and stock organization.
- Recognized passion for customer service and results-oriented culture.

- Agility with digital tools and communication methods.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer service and sales, demonstrating a strong sense of service and result-oriented culture.
Limited contract, 4 days per week.
