1. Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
2. Maintain a deep understanding of Hermès products across various categories such as leather goods, fashion, beauty, home, watches, and jewelry.
3. Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
4. Ensure the visual merchandising standards are upheld to reflect the Hermès brand image.
5. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
2. Strong understanding of the Hermès brand and its heritage.
3. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
